Self-care is about checking in daily, taking a breath, pause, being present and listening to what your body is telling you. It is how to take care of your own needs and wants that will bring a sense of wellbeing, balance, and peace of mind.
It is as simple as stretching, breathing, exercising, resting, selfcare eating healthy nourishing whole food, seasonal vegetables, and fruits, slowing down: ex taking a bath, reading a book, learning something new, reaching out calling a friend, breathing fresh air, walking in nature, meditating, having a quiet time, going to bed early, conserving energy by doing less and plenty of rest more now than ever.
