A pivotal moment in her spiritual journey came during a 2004 pilgrimage to the sacred mystical cave in Palawan, where she experienced a profound initiation into the life-force energy of the mountain cave. She considers it her destiny to share the medicine and psychic power she received there.

Grief Work and Community Service

A significant part of Isabelita’s personal and professional journey is her grief-healing work. She credits grief, ritual, and spiritual practices with opening her divine feminine nature and helping her heal from the loss of her parents, two brothers, and other deep traumas.

  • For 15 years, she has led workshops and rituals for motherless daughters and guided others in grief and death rituals.

Living the Practice

Isabelita’s mission is to help her clients and students flourish as she does—by practicing Meditation and Qigong trusting in the natural flow of life, and embracing the many mysterious and wondrous ways that spirit reveals itself.

What is Self-Care?

Self-care is about checking in daily, taking a breath, pause, being present and listening to what your body is telling you. It is how to take care of your own needs and wants that will bring a sense of wellbeing, balance, and peace of mind.

It is as simple as stretching, breathing, exercising, resting, selfcare eating healthy nourishing whole food, seasonal vegetables, and fruits, slowing down: ex taking a bath, reading a book, learning something new, reaching out calling a friend, breathing fresh air, walking in nature, meditating, having a quiet time, going to bed early, conserving energy by doing less and plenty of rest more now than ever.
