Join us in beautiful Kauai Hawaii for the Qigong Teachers Training to improve and transform your health and physical body, calm your emotional mind, and feel better overall. The training is an intensive deep dive into the Gentle Qigong practices and Theory.

Learn: 

• Neuroscience Massaging and Tapping techniques of the meridians, understand the scientific basis behind the ancient practices of Qigong.
• Warmups that release stuck Qi
• Qigong 20 Movements with breathing.
• Mindfulness Meditation of the breath and body. How to be present and work with challenges, helping enhance Qigong movement and flow
• Balance - Cultivating focus strength cognitive preventing slipping and falling.
• Community Connection - Gain access to a community of practitioners for support and shared growth.
• 5-Element Theory - Introduction to the basics of 5-Element Theory including seasons, organs, colors, and emotions
• Meridians and Acupuncture points, as well as detailed instructions and the benefits of the Qigong movements. 

Retreat + 6-month Training ($1900):

The 5-day Retreat program prepares you for the 6-month Self-Paced Teachers Training program. This training is absolutely transformative and is held online or in-person on the beautiful island of Kaua'i. After the retreat, there will be 2 group practice classes each week to refine your skills and improve your knowledge. Includes workbooks of all the Tapping and Massaging, Warmups, and the gentle Selfcare Qigong movements.

Retreat + 8-month Teachers Certification ($2500):

The Teachers Certification program includes the Retreat + 6-month Self-Paced Training but adds an additional 3-months of training for a full 9-month Teachers Certification. This program also adds once a week live online private coaching with Isabelita and practice with peer group once a week. This takes you deeper into the ancient wisdom of Qigong and the skills necessary for teaching.
